The good news with the Cornell EMBA is how flexible they are in admissions (they don't even require a GMAT!!) -- that, and the alternate-weekends format, which is ideal if you're in the tri-state area and want to keep your job.
The other good news is that they only have two personal statements in their EMBA app, asking questions that are pretty standard in terms of what any top bschool will ask: what are your goals, and how will you contribute? Very straightforward.
The biggest issue you'll face with them is that they're also very short - 400 words isn't much space! Being concise is the key.
