Hey,
Your 4+ work years should be sufficient for you to apply, and there's not necessarily any advantage to gaining more. Family business can be very good. Although your family business is not really big, but it is good-sized, so it can be used as good goals. Now moving to finance is of course something you CAN do, but NOT something you should write. I mean the B-schools have a million candidates who want to do finance, and most of them already have!
So a career trajectory you might think about instead would be something like - GM in textile/fashion/retail, move your way up a bit, then take over the family business and quadruple its size. Just an example of course, and there are for sure a ton of other options... but this i the sort of career arc that might make more sense. As for where to apply and go - hard to say without the GMAt and without digging in a bit deeper into your profile. Since you don't have much of a preference for personal reasons it's easy for you - simply go to the best school you can get into! All schools teach GM and Finance, so you will be covered no matter what you do.
Hope this makes sense, and if you got any other questions, let us know.
