This is really a broad question with out much input. Do you have results?

What were your scores?

How many questions did you get wrong?

Where were the questions concentrated?

How was your timing?

A good question -- lots of different thoughts you could be considering here... but at a minimum, the most important thing to consider is just HOW important the results of a diagnostic test can be in guiding your path of study to get to your best performance on the exam.

That said, I'd recommend that you start with reading the following article:

It should help point you in the right direction about how to think about those results, and start to develop your plan moving forward.
