I must preface this question by stating that I do not mean this to be offensive to anyone, and I hope it is not taken that way.
I have read a lot in the last few years about equal opportunity, diversity, and at the extreme, reverse discrimination. In fact, I experienced some when applying to undergrad in 2003.
I have yet to take the GMAT, but I have a strong GPA and resume.
The thing is, I'm a Caucasian male.
Will this information negatively affect me when applying to b-school?
Should I leave this information out of my application packet? (it's optional, I believe)
Again, don't intend this as offensive at all. Diversity is wonderful.
