Answer shud be C.

A - 'With no natural predators and expanses of green suburban ' - means there is no natural predators and no expanses of green suburban - Wrong

B - 'wildlife officails' estimate of deer population in New Jersey has ' grown to exceed 175,000 - Wrong .
Its the deers population that has exceeded 175,000 and not the estimate

C -Makes much more sense and is also parallel - 'With no natural predators and with expanses of '.

D - Not Parallel

E - Not Parallel

i think there is a simpler way to solve this problem.

the first part of the sentence - "With no/without natural predators ........" is modifying -

A - wildlife officials - hence incorrect.
B - wildlife officails' estimate - hence incorrect.
D - New Jersey - hence incorrect.
E - wildlife officials - hence incorrect.

only in C it correctly modifies "the Deer Population".

hence IMO C.

Thanks!
