Chance to be accepted from UChicago or Kellogg PT MBA

I just took GMAT today and got 650.. Just before the exam, I was thinking if I get 650+ then I would just take it.. But I got the border score that I haven't thought about what to do next..

I am targeting only U of Chicago or Kellogg for part-time MBA sponsored by company.
Here is my profile:
Undergrad: GPA 3.4/4.0 (from Korea)
Grad: GPA 3.5/4.0 MS in Industrial Engineering from one of the Big10 schools
Work Exp: 1yr and 9 mths (Associate in Oversea Sales Dept. - Hyundai Motor company in Korea)
1yr and 6 mths (Sr. Analyst in Risk Mgmt Dept. - One of the major credit card companies in Chicago)
Recommendation: VP and Director from my department

I heard that there is a disadvantage on re-applying the same school later. So that, I want to be careful to apply those schools. If my GMAT score is not good enough, I will consider re-take the exam next month.

How do you think? Am I competitive enough to apply those part-time MBA programs?

Both of those part-time programs are highly competitive, so I think it would be a good idea to retake the GMAT. However, only retake if you think you can improve your score as it would be better for you to be closer to (or above) 700. It is possible you could gain admission with a 650, but I think you would be in a better position with a 700. It will be important for you to put together a strong overall package and I encourage you to visit other posts for tips on how to do that.
