Hi Consultant,

Could you please evaluate my profile...

Engineering from a good college.

GMAT - Didn't give yet.

I have just started working some 5 months back.

What Should I do now?

When to give my GMAT ?

NGO is pretty common for Indian applicants, so it's kind of expected, but won't really differentiate you. How you stand out is by having some unique experiences that are out of the ordinary and expose you to leadership challenges, teamwork activity and opportunities to be creative. Seek out these things and you will be on your way to success with b-schools.
