verblal Prep

3 golden rules:

1) Manhattan SC book is an absolute must for anyone wanting to score above 90%ile in verbal

2) CR and RC are easy once you understand that they always test within the scope of the argument/discussion. Any answer remotely outside the scope is wrong. Its basically a question of elimination to find the right answer.

3) Practice GMAT prep. Any other practice test does not have the representative GMAT verbal questions.

Good luck and best wishes!

Hi sbshankar!

Can you give an example of this case? I'm not crystal clear on how to interpret and effectively use this second recommendation.

"2) CR and RC are easy once you understand that they always test within the scope of the argument/discussion. Any answer remotely outside the scope is wrong. Its basically a question of elimination to find the right answer. "

Thanks so much for sharing
