Declining offer of admission & future attendance

How would AdComs at top-ten schools view the following situation: you were offered admission, but your start-up business started to take-off, and since deferall isn't an option for such a reason, you decline their offer of admission but re-applied for the following year. How would you be viewed as a candidate if you had declined their offer once before?
