Economic is the right usage here.Left with D & E.'Being' in D makes it wrong.Hence E is the answer.

Economical-less spending: economical meal
Economic-related to the economy: economic consideration

Economic means "having to do with the economy or the study of economics".

Economical means " careful or prudent in managing financies, money saving"
