Prepping early for applications, any advice or suggestions?

I was just wondering what my chances are at a top 10 B-school in the future, and if I am taking the right steps? Any advice would be much appreciated!

Here are some details about me:
- 23 year old Senior at a Canadian university (1.5 semesters left)
- BBA (Hons.) specializing in Accounting and Finance with a 3.36 GPA (Hoping to be around 3.4 at graduation)
- Nearly 2 years of co-op/internship experience in both government and a top canadian corporate in finance
- I have received and accepted a full-time offer from P&G for their finance stream for post-graduation
- I have not yet started prepping for the GMAT, but would love some advice on when to take it and when to apply to top 10 B-schools

I am looking at mainly Top 10 US B-Schools.

You will be competitive with a solid GMAT score. Experience will play a significant role as well so your future work experience will impact your chances as well.

Thanks Jim, good to know I have a shot. Since I am just starting my career, I plan to work for 3-4 years before applying to B-school. I will focus on working hard both in my career and preparing for the GMAT. I will start studying next year, learn the neccesaries and then delve deeper into the intricies and then hopefully score a 700+.
