I agree with u, Sulabh! E should be the option to chose unless one argues that verb and pronoun for "Regular grooming and defleaing" should be plural in sense.
But you know onething - the OA is B. Guys, can u pls tell me now why not E but B? I presonally against B as it is,I think, goes beyond the rule mentioned in OG.

Dont you feel that the as an bold here(which I have added to the original option) is required to maintain paralleism, the original option E does not look parallel to me.

@Camitava I just wana show the lack of parallelism in option E, look at the bold 'as' (which i inserted in the original option). withoput this one it looks to me that E isnt parallel

Dont you think B needs 'for' to be parallel.

Reachac, I got ur explanation now! On the same time, I also agree with Sulabh's explanation. I also think that a "for" is required after "as well as".
