"it will probably" in given sentence falsely opoints to the "population of india", only choice C makes it clear by saying explicitly it's the "country"'s population that is estimated to increase.

estimated to be is the correct idiom

A & E out for wrong idiom

B uses they to refer to India. wrong

D there will probably be? there refers to whom?? Dangling

C uses the country to refer back to India
