A way to group GMAT questions on OG?

by hutch27 » Sun Nov 11, 2012 10:51 pm
After reading this post,

https://www.beatthegmat.com/how-does-the ... 14296.html

I began to re-think my study approach because I can zone in on my strengths/weaknesses much easier.

What I am looking for is a program (I think Brent may have one) that groups the OG questions into more narrow sub-topics than merely DS or CR. (for example- weaken CR/ Inference RC).

That way I can supplement my material/concept studying with OG problems more precisely.

Thanks.

Have you looked at Manhattan GMAT's organization of all of the math questions? At the end of their math books they reorganize all of the math questions by type (Odds/Evens, divisibility, etc...)

For the verbal though I'm not sure

Cheers

Daniel Heart, For quant I might try that. But I wanted to use the OG for verbal just because of how they word them. Do you know of any excel doc. or post someone on here has written I can refer to?

In the Improvement Chart for the OG13 (at https://www.beatthegmat.com/mba/gmat-error-log), you'll find all of the math questions categorized by topic.

In the attached pdf, you'll find all of the CR questions categorized.

Cheers,
Brent

hutch27,
You can have the similar distribution for SC topics from the Manhattan SC guide. Manhattan SC guide does has it at the end of each chapter.

Hope that helps!!
