reference letter, development area

by davidoff78 » Sat Nov 10, 2012 8:17 am
Hello everyone,

Now I have prepared reference letter but I think that development area question have not developed properly. Any suggestions are welcome.

thanks a lot in advance

In what ways does the applicant need to develop most?

In my opinion, the key areas Mr. XXX need to develop is his leadership and communication skills. It is very important for Mr. XXX to follow an MBA program to develop his career prospects. I think that his keenness to learn in the field of management will drive him to grow as a professional in order to become an invaluable asset for our company. It is my belief that he will succeed in any undertaking largely because of his determination to adhere to these standards and accomplish his goals with integrity. I believe that The Full-time MBA at XXX Business School is suitable for Mr. XXX development as a leader.

Well, I think that the BEST answers are the ones that as they are answering the question are still PROMOTING you, So first I would think of a CONCRETE story which I would use to illustrate what you want to develop. That way, if you write "While XXX was leading a team of 20 on this very important project, I realized that his delegating skills could be better" aha! but at the same time we are getting out a lot of impressive stuff about yourself even if we are talking about an "improvement" to be made.
