This essay is nothing but a sales pitch or an elevator pitch about yourself. Google elevator pitch and watch some videos if possible. The product in question is you. Some points to note in general:

1) Be Formal: Don't be too informal just because this is a video, it needs an equal amount of effort as do your other essays.

2) Prepare a text: Prepare a text before you start recording and stick to the text. It should not look like a rote recitation but having some key phrases while speaking is handy.

3) Be confident: Through this video essay you can also showcase that you are a confident individual, so use it :)

4) Don't Overshoot time: Do not try to crash a lot of info in this small span of time and end up overshooting the essay.
