Booth FT vs PT

by ksc1940 » Fri Oct 26, 2012 12:09 pm
I'm curious to know if anyone has applied to booth part-time after getting dinged at the full-time program. The lady in the PT office said that if you don't get into FT you have to wait at least 6 months before applying to the PT program. I had wanted to re-apply to booth FT this year, but i'm worried that if i get dinged again, it would permanently hurt my chances of getting into the PT program, so i'm concerned about taking that chance.

Interested to hear any advice or thoughts on this.

It will definitely have an impact; but not necessarily fatal. Just make sure you craft an explanation as to why the PT program is now the right fit.
