I would avoid R3, but you could have a shot at schools in the top 15 in r2 if you can focus on ways in which you differentiate yourself from other Indian applicants with similar backgrounds. Focus on why you have done the things you have done and not just on what you have done. b-school adcoms need to get to know you in your application, and the more superficial an applicant is, the harder it is to be memorable and stand out.
