About citizen of Cuba, Iran, Syria, or Sudan

According to the GMAT official site a citizen of Cuba, Iran, Syria, or Sudan must be able to prove primary residence outside of their country of citizenship prior to testing.
I am a citizen of iran,What does 'primary residence'mean? how can I prove it?
