Profile Evaluation

Undergrad- IT-BHU, India 2010 with 7 pointer.IT-BHU has recently been awarded IIT status.
W Ex- At a steel plant 3yrs in 2013.
Involved in shift activities, managing production booking, Staff and coordinating with other deptts.

10th -87.6, 12th 86.5

My worries are that I don't have much in extra curricular and no social work also. Though in school i was actively taking part in sports activities but not much in college.
GMAT- 640 1st attempt, 690 2nd
Colleges I'm targeting are NUS, Tepper, Hass, UCLA, Carey, Thunderbird.
Please give advice on my profile and choice of schools. Applying for Fall'13.
