Hello,

Let's breakdown your profile:

Academics: Taking your GMAT and GPA into consideration, I think your academic profile is in the average-low range.

Professional experience: as an Indian IT professional, your professional experience won't differentiate you too much from your peer group. You've worked for excellent clients, though, so I'd definitely highlight that in your application. Still, not a ton of opportunity for leadership given your technical role.

Extracurricular: Much of this is from college, but you were clearly very active, so that's good. Again, this is common for your peer group, though.

Community: Teaching is great. Glad to see this!

As for which programs you apply to, that really depends on what you are looking for in a school. You have to find programs that fit for your career goals, cultural/social needs, learning style, etc. I can only give you a target range of programs to consider. I'd say you should focus on programs like Ohio State (Fisher), Boston University, Georgia Tech, Arizona State.

Hope this helps as a starting point,
Mili
