what is the differnce between OG12 and OG13

I am currently preparing for GMAT and I have subscribed for the 60 day study guide which has the list of questions from official guide 13. I do not have OG 13 but I have OG 12, so can anyone please tell me what is the difference between OG 12 and OG 13 and would it really matter so much, if I prepare for GMAT from OG 12??

The best thing about the OG 13 is the practice IR problems that come with it. About 70-80% of the questions between the two books are the same otherwise.
