Moore School of Business vs ESADE

Hi,
I know that ESADE is well known in europe and has a much higher world ranking than Moore school of business(#2 in International MBA in USA). However here is the dilemma, I was considering ESADE because i want to work in Europe but getting visa as Non european is a nightmare.

Now my company is offering me 50% tuition fee (and I am in middle of my Green Card process )if study at Moore school of business in their part time program. I would be working full time (the pay is good) and the program is well known in US for it's IMBA course.

I am so confused, I have talked to many people and they all(students/alumni/friends) said that getting a work permit in Europe is a nightmare. However ESADE's brand name and strong presence in Europe is making me lean towards ESADE but the risk of giving up a good job 50% assiatnce and green card process in USA is a high stake.

Any suggestions?

Many thanks for your question. My name is Jeroen (Associate Director of Admissions for US based candidates for ESADE). The asnwer to yuor question is certainly not an easy, straightforward one. Both options will clearly present advantages. What ESADE can offer you is a completely different experience, where you step out of your comfortzone, to immerse yourself in an international environment. Truly international! Different language, different culture, different experience and students from literally all over the world, with very different points of view. All of this is very much valued by any company that has an interest in recruiting globbaly savvy people. You will set your resume apart from all the candidates who decide to stay domestically. However, nobody can take away the higher risk of the international option. It is certaily a "safer bet" to stay domestically and do a PT MBA; the experience will certainly not be the same but nevertheless this is also a valid option. It is difficult (not impossible though) to work in Europe post MBA and many people return to their home zone for their first job post MBA, and then often afterwards rotate internationally.
