Overall it looks like you have some very solid stuff that definitely warrants application to Top 10 programs. Stanford and Harvard will be tough ones - Less than 3.5 and not from an Ivy League. It doesn't mean you are out of the running, but it does mean that 1. You will need to work very hard to show amazing career progress until now 2. You will need to convince them that you are an ambitious visionary

Those are the two best things you can do to aim for Stanford and Harvard (and really, really just work your essays over carefully again and again until they are beyond perfect). From here on, you just have to do your best and take your shot, while applying to all the other schools that aren't S/H/W
