forcing it to close and ending my hope of another promotion.

UNDER GRADUATION:
I'm from India. Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering at Anna University) (not sure if its good or bad) . In one of the posts, I saw this statement:
"Of course, HBS (and all the top b-schools) know that the grading system in India is very different, and that just breaking into the 70% range can be a sign of stellar performance, so I wouldn't rule yourself out of the game.". So considering the above statement and the fact that my undergraduation was majored in a tough stream as Electronics and communication engineering, please let me know how much would this be on a 4-point GPA scale and how good it is?( I am not sure how much that is on the 4 point scale. I got to know from wikipedia and a few other websites that its close to 3.3-3.6 while some say that it borders between 3-3.2. The Indian systems are quite tough and I am afraid as to how would the translation from percentage to a 4 point scale happen. I would like some confirmation on that. I called HBS and was informed that I do not have to report scores if it wasnt on a 4-point scale. I just had to send scanned copies of transcripts and they would take care of it. )
Achievements at UG :
- I wrote a lab manual for a paper at one of the labs during my undergraduation
which is being followed even till today.
- I was the topper in all the lab papers at college
- My undergraduate project was nominated for the project of the year but lost out.
- One among five to be Selected for a lecture on Signal Processing conducted by professors
of the IISC (Indian institute of science)

Please let me know of my chances at big universities like MIT sloan (LGO program)& MBA,
Harvard MBA,Stanford MBA, Wharton, Judge, Kellog, Said, Yale, Ross Michigan, Booth, Stern, London Business school and the ISB.
