Hello all, I am 30 days into my 6 month study plan (Sep '12 to Feb '13). I'm taking an usually long time because I am a Soldier deployed to Afghanistan until Jan '13. I plan to take the GMAT (if I'm ready) February 2013. I have about 2-3 hours daily to study, and have been taking a practice test every week since I started. I know its a little early into my study plan, but I just want to know if I am on the right track and get as much feedback as possible. I study consistently, but there is always something that happens here that can distract my focus. I'm trying to get the bulk of my studying done here in Afghanistan, because when I get back to the states, I'm afraid I may be busier. On my practice tests, I skipped the essays and the integrated reasoning. My end state is to get a 700+
Here is what I've done so far:
-Kaplan Verbal Workbook (complete)
-Manhattan Sentence Correction (~90% complete)
4 practice tests (I pretty much find online what practice tests I can)
-GMATPrep: 400 (I didn't finish)
-GMATPrep: 530 (I finished)
-Platinum GMAT: 600
-Veritas Prep: 590 (40Q , 31V)
Here is what I will finish
-Kaplan Math Workbook
-OG 12
-OG 13
I downloaded all the flashcards, make my own flashcards, follow the daily feeds of Brent and Mitch, keep error logs. I figure I am naturally stronger in math, which is why I decided to focus more on the verbal section early into my studies. Well, please let me know if I need to adjust my plan or just stick to it until the end.
Thanks so much!
