Is one Withdrawl worth explaining?

I have one withdrawl in an otherwise near-perfect transcript (nothing lower than A-, with mostly A's). Is it worth drawing attention to it to explain it, or should I just not say anything? I'm applying to LBS, Stanford and Judge, for context.

3.88/4.00. I withdrew from an honors thesis fall semester my senior year, and ended up completing it as an independent study in my spring semester.
