A 690 in third attempt. Which schools can I apply to

Hi,

I am Rohit from India. Here is a brief description of my profile.
Working for an MNC in IT industry in India
Work Ex = 4yrs and it would be 4.5 by the time the programs start
Engineering grad with decent academics and been in Top 5 of the class
Decent extra curriculars and leadership roles and events, both in college and at work.

Below colleges are in my mind
Kellogg, Northwestern university
Tepper, Carnegie Mellon university
SOM, Yale

Actually planning to go for a retake but I am not able to spend much time on GMAT these days.

My questions
1. For my profile, what score is considered good enough to make a stront candidacy to Kellogg. Will a 730 help me in getting into top 30 colleges?
2. To what colleges can I apply to with a 690 GMAT and the current profile?

I am really tensed taking these things and desperately in need of an advice

From your description it sounds like you have a chance. The one big thing is that you have 'decent' academics and a 'good' gmat score. Might be questioned, but I don't think a 4th attempt is going to change that all too much. Focus on delivering a strong application - these schools are still in your reach.

Thanks a lot for your reply.

I understand that if I score a 710 or a 720, then it might not make a difference at all. I am trying to give my best and score a 730 or more in GMAT so that I can have a competitive edge. Please let me know if this makes a difference to my profile.
