Recommendation submissions

Hi All,

Given that deadlines are fast-approaching for several schools (HBS, Booth, GSB, etc), I'm wondering how others are faring in getting recommendations submitted? Do I need to be concerned if my recommenders still haven't submitted? Is this something that usually ends up happening within a few days of the deadlines?

From what I've seen LOTS of people wait until like the last day. Doesn't mean you SHOULD... but then again that's why we have deadlines! To oblige us :)
