Hi,

Let's break down your profile:

Your academics are your weakest point - an average GPA coupled with a low GPA. However, the rest of your profile is quite interesting:

Your more recent professional experience growing a company should make for very strong leadership stories/experiences. Your experience at Wipro is pretty typical for candidates from your demographic, but luckily you transitioned out of there. I would focus your stories on your more recent business experience (vs. on your past technical experience).

Your community and extracurricular activities sound pretty robust at first glance. This should help you stand out within your applicant pool.

I can't really speak to where you may receive financial aid (I understand that it's pretty difficult for foreign students to receive financial aid at US schools), but as far as your profile goes, I think you could try for schools like UT Austin McCombs, USC, Georgetown, Vanderbilt, Smeal. It's not going to be easy to overcome your GMAT score, but I think it's possible if your experiences are as robust as they sound.

Good luck,
Mili
