Does anyone know the questions (and their length) asked on the HBS rec form, OTHER THAN the 4 that they disclose on their website [https://www.hbs.edu/mba/admissions/writt ... ation.html]? One of my recommenders wants to make sure he has time to complete it, but it's hard without knowing how much else they may ask...
