This question is a rip-off of an OG question (OG-12, Q-114).
In this argument, the travel agent agrees with the author (See the bolded part). The wording is not proper. The last sentence is the evidence the agent uses to support author's claim.

The statement doesn't state that the Agent agrees with the author of the book. It says that the author uses "25 ..blah blah" as a premise. There is no clue confirming that Travel AGent agrees with the author of the book.

The question posted by you is perfect, because it clearly says what is the stand of the reviewer/travel agent. I guess there is some ambiguity in the problem.....I have requested David Newland to comment on it. Let's see what he says.
