Profile Evaluation - GMAT 640 for MIS in USA

Folks,

I'm very much interested in the MS in MIS program in USA. Following is my profile:

X - 75%
XII - 67%
B.Tech - 72% ( I don't know the exact conversion for GPA format )

GMAT - 640 (V31, Q47)
AWA - 4.5

TOEFL - scheduled

I have 2.5 years of experience in IT Industry, before that i used to run my own web-development firm. So in total i have experience of 3.5 yrears. Got appriciation awards from the company.

Please suggest some universities and my chances in that universities with respect to my profile.
