Am i too old at 30

Hi, I am from India and expecting to score 700+ in Gmat in next week. While searching for schools it seems that I am too old for Full time MBA courses. I am looking for 1 year MBA courses in USA/EU/Canada, but most of the cases avg age between 26-28 whereas I am turning 30 (with 7+ work ex) in next month.

So I have two questions
1. Application success rate after 30
2. Job prospective once I pass out at the age of 32.

I will appreciate some insight into the matter.

30 is totally a normal age for Business school. Yes, it's a wee bit on the older side, but totally within one standard deviation, so I wouldn't think about it twice.
