My brother is looking for a business school (tier 3-4) allowing admission in Winter 2013. GMAT score 540 and work ex 3 years, Indian Engineer, IT backgound. Please suggest some potentially good target schools. Thanks in advance

Hi! Can you please provide more specifics such as what area of business interests him? Otherwise it already sounds like you know you are looking at Tier 3 schools, which makes it easy to find a list of tier 3 business schools.

I think that Thunderbird and Simon has a winter intake, and considered as 3-4 tier.
