(1) n is a multiple of 10.
(2) n is a multiple of 14.

OA is E
(1) n is a multiple of 10.
If n = 90, then n is not a multiple of 140.
If n = 280, then n is a multiple of 140.
No definite answer; NOT sufficient.

(2) n is a multiple of 14.
If n = 28, then n is not a multiple of 140.
If n = 140, then n is a multiple of 140.
No definite answer; NOT sufficient.

Combining (1) and (2),
Prime factorization of 10 = 2 * 5
Prime factorization of 14 = 2 * 7
Therefore, LCM of 10 and 14 = 2 * 5 * 7 = 70

70 is not a multiple of 140.
But 140 is a multiple of 140; NOT sufficient.

The correct answer is E.
