Option-1:
x=3y/4
We cannot get any relation for z/y^2 which is asked.
NOT SUFFICIENT

Op-2:
z=2x/3
Again, no relation with the ques.
NOT SUFFICIENT

Together
Comparing the value of x from both the eqns, we get
y=2z

Substitute in z/y^2 which gives a value 1/4z

Its variable and cannot get a definite value.

NOT SUFFICIENT.
