Thank you in advance for the time you take to look over my profile. I am a non-traditional student that after working for a 5 plus years after high school I went back to school. Take a quick look! And tell me what I can work on, and what I should realistically hope to achieve.

When you wrote that you had a non-traditional background you weren't kidding dude :)
Not that it's a problem, actually things look preeetty good. I especially like these two points which can be developed for some real and deep leadership:Duties included recruiting, training, and managing all technicians in a large area. Later I opened new offices and areas for the company.

Because you have such a diverse experience, and relatively non-standard development though your story will be very important .Basically it's gotta really make sense, and when you choose your goals, make sure at the same time that they are plausible and ambitious. If they fit with what you have done before, and you can get out your passion and uniqueness, you should have a shot at most of the schools above (Stanford will be tough though, but you gotta try!)

Thank you for your perspective. It is a really difficult decision because I know that some schools will be a huge stretch, and others have said not to try. Are there any that might appreciate my particular background?
