Got owned by the gmat

Hi,
I just joined this group as someone told me about it. I gave my gmat today after 3-4 weeks prep. Gt a 760 in powerprep but a very disappointing 720 today.

I had a question regarding the AWA.

For the 1st argument essay I completed the whole essay, proof read it etc. Unfortunately by the time I clicked on the Confirm dialog the time ran out.
So i am not sure if it will be evaluated or not. Could someone please let me know what should be the case.

Also, please let me know if there is any sense in retaking the test w/ a score of 720. I'm despondent but most say gmat is just one small part.

Please advice. Thanks!

I've answered your first query in AWA section.

720 is great score, your chances of getting admitted to certain b-school depends on many factors.
But at least GMAT will not be the reason if any -ve results you get now.
