GMAT Preparation Plan - Suggestions please

Hi I joined this wonderful website a week back. I spent a lot of time in the forum from past 1 week. I came across lot of posts on the preparation plan. However all the posts are for an average test taker who scores minimum of 450. For an below avg person, i didn't seen any preparation plan.

I am very weak(Might be Zero

) in Verbal and forgotten everything in Quantitative. If i give the exam, i can score 350. My target is to achieve 700 in 10 months.

Can anyone suggest me how can i start with my preparation.
