OA is B because WHO is a relative clause that refers to immediate noun in preceding clause. Now the Noun is Survivor i.e which is nothing but Wild i.e an animal.

Remember that Noun can be placed directly ot noun + preposition form. Be cautious of this.

Look at the sentence structure. "Who" would refer to the lone survivor. Lone survivor is referring back to the Indian in North America so it is safe to conclude that you would use "Who" as the pronoun for the lone survivor.
