AWA and IR score

I got my AWA and IR score today. AWA is pretty good but disappointed with IR score. I wanted to know how much impact does it have on the application process.

Sorry for barging in,but I thought this was the best place to post the query.

It is the reverse for me.

My GMAT is 750(Q50,V41)
IR 8
but AWA is a mere 4

How much would that AWA score dent my chances of an admit from a top 10, especially from LBS and Wharton?
How seriously do these schools look at AWA?
I have 2 years of experience and am planning to apply in the next 3-4 years.
I hope I don't have to take it again.

I would be thankful if somebody could help me on this.

OMG u got 8 in IR... I hope I would have done that well

Ankita : I doubt schools are too much bother about IR score as of now...probably they are yet to correlate IR score with candidature.

Not only that, but this fall, applicants will apply to schools both with and without the IR score. I don't think it will carry much weight until all (or most) of the applicants have this, which means a few years when tests taken before June 5, 2012 start expiring. I can't see the IR score ever carrying as much weight as the quant and verbal, and I bet it'll devolve into a pass/fail type evaluation like the AWA.
