Would you also be updating the 60 day study guide to get it in line with the 13th edition?

Sorry I am unable to find the tracking tool for OG 13. I can only find the Improvement chart for OG 13 here https://www.beatthegmat.com/mba/gmat-error-log
Could someone please give me a link to the OG 13 tracking tool if it has been uploaded? Thank you!!

The Improvement Chart for OG 13 is what you're looking for. Sorry about that confusion!

I'm not sure what the issue is for those questions.
The correct SC answers are 97-B and 98-D, and those are the answers on the Error Log (Improvement Chart). Can you describe the issue you're experiencing?

Cheers,
Brent
