- GMAT Score:720
I just recently took the GMAT on 05/21/2012 and got 720 (42 V and 47 Q) and 5.5 on the AWA. Overall, I will try to be very brief on my post.
I started studying on October last year and took the MGMAT course and then I took some private tutoring. Overall, I did not follow any approach or specific strategy. But I will say that it takes a while to study for the GMAT, as I read in a previous post: "it is not a sprint, it is a marathon".
I have seen most of my friends have had to re-take the gmat several times and I think the reason for this is that they took the gmat when they are not ready. If you are scoring in in the practice test around high 680 and 700 you will not get above 700. My best advice is simple just take your time to study and take it when you are ready ( scoring above 720 in all practice test).
