Dear Ritz,

There are programs that have elective offerings and/or directed elective tracks/certificate programs. You will generally find them in geographies near a large concentration of IT companies. For example in the US, one area is the west coast from San Jose north to Seattle. There are some sites that will allow you to search programs based on certain criteria to identify the right ones for you to research--try mba.com perhaps.
