Let the length of the arc BZC be x.
Then the length of AXB will be 2x and the length of AYC will be 6x.
Suppose that the arc BZC subtends an angle "i" at A.
Then the arc AXB will subtend an angle 2i at C and the arc AYC will subtend an angle 6i at B.
so i + 2i + 6i = 180
=> i = 20
so 2i = 40
