Can we use real time examples to justify something in the AWA section?
For example in a practice test I took, there was an argument which spoke on how sharing decision making among different stake holders can reduce the effectiveness with which an organization operates.
I cited the example of WIPRO, an Indian IT Company in my argument. WIPRO adopted the two CEO model to tide over the recession but from newspaper reports the company stopped taking risks and the effectiveness of implementing projects decreased considerably leading to a poorer performance.
