Hello Sir, My name is Rahul and I am planning to apply in ISB Hyderabad in April 2013 for PGP but my query is till march 2013 I will have work experience of 1 year and 11 month and my Graduation CGPA is 2.3 am I still eligible for ISB.

Eligible yes, but it's little experience for their class. Look at the average age and work experience - FIVE years! So you are off by a lot. I would say to slow down a little bit, and gain that requisite experience before you apply.
