X, Y, and Z are positive integers, and X+2Y+2Z=13. Z=?
1). X>Y>Z
2). None of them is equal to 4

X + 2(Y+Z) = 13

From (A)
Z = 1 , Y = 2 , X =7
Z = 2, Y = 3 , X =3 --> fails

so Z = 1, hence sufficient

from (B)

Z = 1 , Y = 2 , X =7
Z = 2, Y = 3 , X =3
Z = 3, Y = 2 , X =3

so not sufficient to find a unique value of Z

Only Z=1 will satisfy X+2y+2z, x,y,z +ve and x>y>z

I made a mistake of assuming that the numbers needed to be consecutive. lesson learned assume nothing
