GMAT Limbo 670

by bluegmat700 » Tue Apr 24, 2012 2:24 pm
Just took the GMAT a couple of hours ago and scored a 670 (45Q 37V); I'm a little bit disappointed as I was targeting a +700 score, but I'm feeling alright since I'm not that far off from my target. On the bright side I'm scheduled to retake the test on the 30th of May which means that I have exactly 35 days to raise my score from a 670 to a +700 score (last chance before the format change).

So here is my actual question; given my predicament what would be the best course of action to improve my score? Is there a 30 day study plan to go from 670 to +700. For people that have been in the same place I'm in right now, how have you done it? Please any tips and suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Best,

Big Blue

PS: Officially going in to Rocky Balboa mode, this S#!@ just got personal.

You've got room to improve on quant. I would recommend total GMAT math: https://www.totalgmatmath.com/ Make a schedule and go through it cover to cover. I improved from a 44 to a 49 with this book.

If you can get a 49 and maintain that 37 Verbal, you'll be looking at a 710 - if you can make strides in verbal as well, then all the better.

Good luck!
